Week 8: Shop Is OPEN!

At long last, Nouvelle Boutique has opened. It has been a little over a week and we have already sold 2 items--far more successful than we would have thought! Last Wednesday, Mimi, Langa, and I took a few pictures of our garments and advertised them on our Facebook page, which I will link below. Langa is a recent addition to our duo because she heard about what we were doing and was interested in some DIY herself. Of course, we accepted her graciously and now we have an extra pair of hands of deck to bettering the world through Working Wardrobes! She is also a fantastic model and is amazingly cooperative and insightful with what we should do with a few of our pieces! We'll be making some more pieces next week and hope to see some of our sales increase!
